IT Project Manager - ERP Global

A self-motivated Project Manager with deployment experience to work directly with a team of 20 people. The SAP Project Manager will be responsible for a broad range of project activities throughout the deployment lifecycle.

The Project Manager will bring detailed delivery capability and business acumen to support the Delivery Manager on global deployment within a single track environment to ensure defined project outputs are delivered to time, budget and project quality criteria whilst ensuring adherence to project management methodology practices.

Expectations and tasks:

- Manage day to day project routine governance and management activities

- Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery

- Establish and manage detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports

- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term activities and milestones

- Run and manage project forums

- Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans

- Ensure defined project outputs are delivered to time, budget and project quality criteria whilst ensuring adherence to project management methodology practices.

Experience:

• More than 5 years of project management experience on large scale ERP deployments

• Track record of successful project delivery with experience of full ERP deployment cycles including cutover

• Experience of managing cross functional medium size teams

• Strong organisational skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience engaging with high level stakeholders
