Job Description

Support project team with admin for a specific meeting between the union/ staff representatives and site management meeting called I&C):

• Taking meeting minutes and issuing these

• Capturing actions and managing the action tracker for I&C meeting

• Support the HR workstream as required,

• Organising training and events (working with external providers)

• Providing a point of contact for the Employee Support Centre (helping staff find information in the Employee Support Centre)

• Provide Admin support for the ‘Retraining panel’

• Organise meetings

• Taking minutes

• Raising Purchase Orders

• Creating letters to provide the outcome of application from the panel

• Collate answers to Q&As raised as a result of the Business Case (working with the Site Leadership Team to get the answers to questions raised) and communicate these to staff on site (publish on workplace)

• Support Project Manager as required

• Support the Site Implementation Manager as required
