The purpose of this role is to work with the HR Systems and Process Director supporting:

a) Workday Recruitment

b) Workday User Experience enhancements or other business requested changes,

c) Workday Release 33 (September 2019) areas of the Workday HR system.

The required candidate must have an extensive knowledge of Workday processes, particularly Recruitment, to be able to support users and identify any process issues.

1. Recruitment Training Materials

a) Support the Recruitment Training Lead in designing and developing learning content using powerpoint that:

i. Can be delivered to recruiters as part of the global training programme

ii. Can be used by recruiters to teach themselves how to complete less regular tasks.

iii. Can easily be translated

iv. Is agile and easily updated as changes are required

2. Workday Release Management

a) Monitor all changes delivered by Workday as part of their weekly release schedule and the September Workday 33 release to identify all functionality that is automatically available or that may have an impact on GSKs Workday’s configuration.

 Work with the HR Tech team to ensure comprehensive testing

 Identify areas that will impact Employees, Managers or HR

 Create relevant training materials, as necessary

3. Support users of the Workday Recruitment system as they use the product. Identify any process issues and raise the relevant support tickets with the technical team to expedite resolution.

4. Work with customers to understand new business requirements, articulate them to the central team and work with the central team to review and analyse design options.
