Description:

To drive improvements in GMP and quality system compliance across the site by providing guidance, support and training to Maidenhead Site.

To provide metrics, manage and develop Site Quality Systems:

Deviation Process CAPA Process Internal Audit Program QIR process Documentation control process Change control process JOB FUNCTION/PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Manage the Document control, QIR, CAPA and change control systems; provide metrics.

Manage the internal audit process.

Ensure departments compliance to GSKs record retention policy.

Management of legacy validation documentation post-transfer.

Participate in projects and other activities as determined by the QA Manager. Manage the departments training system.

To ensure that GMP, Quality, Health & Safety are considered in all aspects of role.

To manage the key Quality Processes such as Change Control, by utilising project-planning expertise and administrative skills to provide visibility of activity and documentation to enhance compliance and ensure department supports site meets any required timelines Balance role of coordinator with other requests for assistance, only required to seek guidance if conflicting priorities that incumbent is unable to resolve.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:

Demonstratable knowledge of GSKs QMS and Cosmetic Directives relating to the above systems.

Demonstratable application of OE training Auditor / auditee experience is preferred Strong data management skills and knowledge and understanding of statistics Excellent knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) Competent Carisma user.

Strong organisational/planning skills Demonstrate adding value in the following HPBs: Influence; Enable and drive change; Continuous improvement; Building relationships.
