Project Manager required to hit the ground running within our talent, learning and organisation development department. The project you will be working on is dedicated to anIntranet cleanse, the internal intranet for GSK employees needs to be cleared, updated and maintained for the next 3 - 4 months to ensure all content is correct and GSK employees can access and gain updates via this application.

An understanding of taxonomy is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with 3rd party vendors to understand and prioritise which TL&OD pages need updating and where interim updates are required (e.g. update Learning @ GSK before moving to GSK Academy).
  • Coordinate the TL&OD content update, and proposed page switch off, working with (a) content leads (b) 3rd party and (c) GSK Academy team
  • Quality Assurance and User test of new links, etc.
  • Support the development of non-learning taxonomy.
  • Liaise with Tier 1/0 project to ensure new content, links, etc. are provided as an input and aligned.
  • Develop and embed effective business as usual process for managing content update 1-July+
  • Define accountable resources and whether internal / external capability required
  • Tech Savvy
  • Audit requirements - where the project is now and where it needs to be - mapping.
  • Content experience would be advantageous
  • Intranet experience is desirable but highly preferred.
