ICT Analyst: (ICT, SAP ERP, VISIO, EXCEL)
Accountabilities:
Ensure the delivery of BPSDs, GSOPs and training materials achieved on time for each Agile ICT enhancement projects.
Responsibilities:
Identify and own all updates based on Functional and Technical STPs for the relevant enhancements
Participate in testing process of enhancements
Liaise with the Risk Control teams (BQRC & QRC) and ERP GPO team to explain the changes on BPSDs and GSOPs
Follow the document management and update procedure in SolMan and CDMS
Help ICT SME Director to liaise with ERP Learning team to deliver brilliant visual training materials to end users
Ensure local impacts are understood and documented
Create delivery plan of documents and obtain approval from an ICT SME director
Help ICT SME Director to localise and cascade the communication materials and engage with multiple stakeholders
Attend daily wall meetings, report on the status of documentation and training updates
Attend weekly GPO meetings to provide update and support to ICT SME Director
Deliverables:
Document update plans
Timely document updates and approvals
Testing in TBQ and other test systems
Timely delivery of trainings & materials
Localised communication and engagement plan and execution
Person Specification:
Keen to learn on Intercompany Profit Tracking and elimination according to IFRS rules
Confident and positive towards the programme
Will deliver actions through to a successful conclusion
High personal drive and very self-motivated
Advanced Microsoft Word and Visio skills
Desirable: qualified or part qualified accountant
