• Identify gaps and schedule targeted 20 minute interviews with site resources;

• Develop and release diagnosis pack with pre-read material, resource requirements, asks and agenda for site visits;

• Facilitate site visits to complete diagnosis;

• Arrange and facilitate playback sessions with Site LT;

• Work with architects to share design templates with sites and schedule initial one-hour session to agree areas of synergy and to allow for focus on areas of clarification;

• Support the completion of skills gap analysis and resource forecasting for sites;

• Evaluate data gathered from multiple sources and business areas; reconcile conflicts, build up the detail to underpin high-level information and summarise low-level information into digestible reports;

• Contribute to the creation of updates to senior stakeholders and governance board;

• Support the work stream lead in the production of analytical reports;

• Support the production of governance artefacts required in order to successfully navigate the programme lifecycle.

Skills required:

• Previous experience in working as a business analyst in large scale business change programmes.

• Understanding of network segmentation and / or working knowledge of access management

• Ability to map data flows across a complex application and OT asset landscape; what talks to what; when and why

• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and mapping data from multiple sources.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; engineers, operators, executives, managers and subject matter experts.

• Initiative – ability to identify issues and act on them and to hit the ground running, demonstrating a persistent drive to completion.

• Advanced MS Office Skills

• Desirable: Background in delivery of Industrial Control System (ICS) / OT security initiatives

• Desirable: Experience in working in a GXP / Regulated environment.

Successful candidates will show a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.
