A well-known Pharmaceutical organisation is requiring a Finance & Data Analyst with proven experience of SAP processes for Finance.

Role description & experience required -

– Provide analysis which will allow GPO to approve/decline Master Data Creation

– Provide analysis to ensure consistency of how the system is configured

– Communicate changes via R2R COP

– Support BAU ECC and BW users [Provide BW access]

– Responding to user queries and issues [“How do I…?” Queries]

– Guidance to stakeholders on definitions on data

– Support the Governance on CoA and Bison Mapping

– Support and review and testing of key projects ensuring data flows are correct

– Degree or equivalent

– Experience of GSK SAP processes for Finance e.g. R2R Processes, GSK general ledger, reporting system

– Cross team working [EDMO, SLO in different time zones, Genpact, functional IT teams]

– Understand CERPS and MERPS [ECC] and Bison / IPT

– Understanding of BW and the access process

– Good Excel skills – ability to present data and manipulate raw data sets

– Data Impact and Analysis for CoA project

– Understand the impact of WBS, CC, GL

– SAP Experience

– Technical project experience
