Are you experienced in leading and managing large scale employee listening projects, or running large surveys driven by behavioural science insights? Are you energised by a highly visible People Data Analytics (PDA) role where you will be providing strategic and analytical inputs to senior management, HR, and the wider business to support evidenced-based decision-making on Human Capital?
The primary role will be to lead on the design, set-up and stakeholder engagement to prepare for the global deployment of our all-employee culture and engagement survey that will take place later in 2025. While this is a continuation of an existing approach, this requires stakeholder management both internally in PDA as well as across HR leaders to design and implement. This will also include supporting a growing team of both technical and subject-matter-experts in employee listening to improve how we deliver our surveys. We expect you to help upskill the team in based on your experience of best-practice of survey design, employee insights generation, and technical optimisation using Qualtrics.
In parallel, you will support ad-hoc behavioural science and PDA projects, where we support HR centres of excellence and HR business leaders with people data and behavioural insights to drive better talent decisions. This might include learning impact, leadership effectiveness,
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
• Oversight and accountability for the set-up, design, and deployment of GSK’s global culture and engagement survey to all employees
• Support and upskilling of other members of the employee listening team across project management, end-user support, and technical (Qualtrics)
• Where needed, oversee smaller employee insights projects by collaborating across People Data Analytics verticals and stakeholder management with senior HR business leaders and centre of excellence directors in a way that meet senior leadership needs and drives the PDA strategic agenda
• Develop and present research findings and recommendations in the form of technical & non-technical reports, presentations, and works closely with other Centre of Excellence SME’s (talent, I&D, People Effectiveness, Organizational Effectiveness)
• Work with HR data privacy, cyber security, compliance, and third party risk management to manage the governance, ethics, and privacy of all employee listening and behavioural science projects
• Act as subject-matter-expert in external best-practice of employee listening based in scientific insights

Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end employee listening projects on a global scale in a complex, matrix organization either as part of an internal team or as a consultant
• Experience with survey design and deployment using Qualtrics
• Proved ability to manage senior leader stakeholders in global organisations
• Strong ability in data storytelling and delivering data insights in ways that capture non-technical audiences and drives decision-making
• Subject-matter-expertise across the field of organisational, team and individual level measurements processes i.e., employee surveys, team diagnostics, and 360 degree / upward feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to build effective relationships with a diversity of stakeholders.
• Experience within fast-moving, complex, and demanding environments and with a need to multi-task and deal with ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
• Masters level qualification (equivalent) in Organizational or Social Science such as Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Behavioural Economics, etc.
