Part time: Administrator

Location: Montrose

Pay: £18.00 per hour PAYE

Contract: 6 months then rolling contract

Job Description:


This position is to work within the engineering function. The role will consist of raising and handling purchase orders, booking in and managing 3rd party contractors, administrative duties such as running reports and assigning tasks. A good knowledge of M-ERP systems and general Microsoft office software is required.

Experience with M-ERP systems preferably SAP, Good people skills as the role in central within the engineering function. Experience in procurement supporting the team with raising and managing purchase orders. Good document control for review and archiving.


An approachable personality with an ability to work with an array of characters. A willingness to efficiently self-manage their workload and a confidence to speak up when required.

An engineering background would be desirable but not essential.
