Administrative Assistant

£18p/h PAYE

Part Time Hours

Middlesex – Hybrid / Remote

Contract until April 2023


Role Purpose / Day to Day:


The role will comprise onboarding and offboarding of groups of external consultants who are helping deliver key strategic projects and will need GSK access, MUD ID, laptops etc.

Knowledge of GSK’s systems and processes will greatly facilitate the ability to deliver this activity in an efficient way.


This activity will also require management of a spreadsheet to track consultants and ensure offboarding is carried out in accordance with GSK’s processes

If time allows, the team may ask for support in organising key events such as project workshops. This may involve booking meeting rooms/organising access to the location/room and possibly some preparation activities eg printing documents

The candidate would be working alongside 2 experienced PAs in the GCD team and this would provide a level of support and team structure for the candidate to work within.


Skills/ Experience

·      Previous administrative roles

·      Experience of working within a large organisation

·      Flexibility

·      Ability to muti-task

·      Ability to work as part of a team

·      Organisation skills

·      Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office knowledge

·      Previous knowledge of GSK’s systems and processes would be advantageous


Please note, this is a part time role with anticipated hours of 14 hours per week. However, there is flexibility for more or fewer hours for the ideal candidate.
