FRP Project Manager

Brentford / Remote

12 month contract

£717.70 via UMB

£547.45 PAYE


The role of the FRP Project Manager is to own, develop & proactively manage a phased rollout plan + manage Business partners, Dependencies, Assumptions, Issues and Risks to deploy large scale transformational change including People, Process and enterprise Systems change. In addition, this Project Manager needs to tightly control scope and team capacity in order to manage potential incremental scope.

 

The detailed responsibilities are:

•      FRP Project Plan ownership and oversight

•      Deployments Flight Plan ownership and oversight

•      Project Performance Reporting

•      Steering/Governance Meeting Deck Preparation

•      Team Resource Loading/Capacity Utilisation

•      Project Budget/Resource management

•      Change Control Management

•      Risks, Issues, Assumptions & Decisions Management

•      Steering Decision Logging

•      Project Asset Management (Documentation, Plans/Reports)

•      Update Task status vs plan

•      Run Project Governance (Performance Meetings, Risks, Issues, Steering)

•      Own After Actions Reviews & Continuous Improvement Actions

•   In collaboration with the Business, identify key stakeholders for all Improvements managed and build Stakeholder Maps 


The job holder will be required to demonstrate:

  • Senior level Experience in Project/Programme Management
  • Recognised project management qualification eg PMP, PRINCE 2, Agile etc
  • Ideally Knowledge/Experience in Supply Chain or Pharma Industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage delivery of solutions based on use of MS tools (e.g., Project/Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage communications with a dispersed stakeholder group with experience in uncovering stakeholder management issues
  • Experience of managing a project of multiple work packages against a standard process
  • Experience of delivering large scale transformational change projects/programmes including People, Process and enterprise Systems change
  • Organised, structured, planning approach and project plan management
  • Pragmatic operator who can manage ambiguity and dynamic change as needed
  • Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal & Business Facing skills and the ability to establish credibility for professional input
