Tech Written Standards simplification workstream ensures that fit-for-purpose written standards and templates are in place for the Tech organisation.

 

The key purpose of this role is to support the review and simplification of current Tech written standards and templates for the new Consumer business.

• Policy simplification workstream for Tech; attend workstream meetings and provide progress updates.

• Support the identification and development of agile and fit-for-purpose business processes. Examples include, but are not limited to, system development lifecycle and application or infrastructure processes etc. Activities can span new process development, continuous process improvement, risk/gap identification and mitigation activities.

• Ensure optimised business processes are documented in Tech Written Standards and Templates.

• Collaborate with Processes colleagues to ensure Written Standards and Templates are optimised.

• Collaborate with cross-functional business process owners (e.g. Global Applications and Development and Core Tech) to ensure requirements are reflected in Written Standards and Templates.

Highly desirable skills:

Good knowledge of software development lifecycle process and associated documentation requirements and templates is needed.

• Understanding of quality management systems (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, ITMS) and how a business unit deploys this methodology is preferred

• Relevant certifications e.g., CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CGEIT (Governance of Enterprise IT)

• Experience in interpreting policies, procedures and processes for ensuring compliance

• Experience working in Technology within the fast-moving consumer goods and pharmaceutical industry with experience in risk management and compliance

• Experience with agile methodology
