Job Description

 

The OT Cyber Security Programme is looking for an experienced Training and Awareness Coordinator to support with the implementation of the OT Cyber Security Controls into manufacturing, R&D as well as WREF facilities sites that are in scope for engagement in 2022/2023. This is a critical role and will require an astute individual with the ability to co-ordinate the programme training objectives in line with the overall Programme strategy. This is not a trainer role.

 

Key Responsibility:

 

·        Provide Support and consultancy to Business areas developing and delivering their respective OT Awareness and Training Programmes 

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of presentation skills and multi-media communication material development skills

·        Proven experience managing internal communications and change activity, preferably in dynamic project environments

·        Strong influencing skills across a wide range of stakeholders at various levels in the organisation

·        Develop and execute communication plans and establish/maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors and decision makers

·        Coordination and facilitation of the portfolio’s governance and engagement events

·        Deliver on change management activities across all Programme initiatives  

·        Produce consistent artefacts to successfully navigate the programme lifecycle

·        Promote, contribute and support to the Agile Delivery across the portfolio 

·        Social Media - Manage and deliver regular internal social media platforms posts and content

·        Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyse, document and execute on training and awareness requirements

·        Reconcile and report on all Training metrics for the portfolio

 

Skills required:

 

·        Excellent writing and communicating skills 

·        Experience in building online, virtual and classroom Training 

·        Exceptional presentation skills

·        Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor ideas from inception through to implementation.

·        Able to adjust communications approach and style based on target audience

·        Experience engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders

·        Sound organisational skills with experience in maintaining work stream governance artefacts and reporting

·        Excellent stakeholder engagement, written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills

·        Strong planning and deliverable tracking to plan; attention to detail 

·        Proven delivery of complex global projects across multiple departments with the ability to drive alignment and rapid decision making

·        Background in resilience, audit and/or cybersecurity 

 

Experience:

 

·        5+ years’ experience in PMO, preferably leading Training and Awareness activities in the OT cyber security space

·        Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in agile concepts and practices

·        Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to promote thoughtful and practical solutions to training challenges

·        Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to native and non-native English audiences
