Job Title: Global Reward Delivery Partner / HR Admin          

Rate: £31.79 Per Hour / Via Umbrella / Inside IR35 / PAYE is available

Job Purpose:

 

The HR Function is responsible for delivering the annual global processes around the Annual Salary and Bonus review cycle and the Performance Management Cycle. For the Annual Salary and Bonus review cycle, the Reward COE will work with the business leadership to set the strategic framework, while People Services will be expected to delivery this operationally. While a lot of these activities will be managed through Workday (Advanced Compensation Module), there is a significant amount of activity that remains necessary to fulfil these processes smoothly. Automated solutions will also not work for small, but important groups, such as cross-country transferees, international assignees during the fiscal year and the UK Total Reward online portal which involves benefits data being transferred to our external provider each month. Offline processes need to be in place to support these types of activities. There will also be a requirement for reporting/information provision necessary to support the CoE’s interactions with the Board Remuneration Committee.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·      Manage and maintain the accuracy of the UK Total Reward Online portal – the primary tool for employees to make benefits elections which feed through to our external providers and to payroll (share plans, salary sacrifice benefits, pension contributions)

·      Lead the delivery centres in the administration and delivery all of aspects of global recognition programs and report and monitor key metrics on employee recognition

·      Support the processes associated with delivering the preparation and execution of the annual compensation review cycle (salary data provision for CoE bonus pool and salary modelling, annual salary review, bonus payments, long term incentives)

·      Support the processes associated with delivering the preparation and execution of the annual performance management cycle (objective setting, performance reviews)

·      Ensuring the Delivery Centres are trained and equipped to deal with queries around the global annual processes

·      Provide Tier 3 escalation support to Delivery Centres on UK benefits queries

 

Minimum Level of Education:

BA or BSc in finance, data analytics, research or a related field

·      Microsoft Office proficiency with strong Excel knowledge

·      Some knowledge of employee recognition concepts and processes

·      Highly organized with strong oral and written communication skills
