About the role:


 The Medical Information Content Manager is accountable for creating high quality MI content

that addresses the needs of customers globally and ensures successful execution of Global MI

content strategy and initiatives.


This role collaborates with various stakeholders within and outside Global MI as well as for the US local operating country for creation of MI responses and derivative content.


This role requires engaging / collaborating with people across different geographies globally and from diverse cultural and racial backgrounds.


Gain an understanding of the business impact and value of diversity and inclusion is required and this role operates at a global level accountable for creating MI content used globally and specifically for the US market to help inform clinical decision making by health care providers.



Role Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for authoring Global and US MI responses by identifying and summarising complex scientific literature in a simple, accurate, concise, and compliant manner to help inform clinical decision-making by HCPs .
  • Maintains in-depth product and therapeutic area knowledge.
  • Demonstrates expertise in biomedical literature evaluation and medical writing
  • Ensure recurring queries are tracked and identify need for creation of new responses.
  • Highly proficient at medical and pharmacoeconomic literature searching with a full understanding of hierarchy of evidence
  • Demonstrate a high customer focus while managing MI content related escalations from MI Call Centre and/or LOC MI staff.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong scientific background and medical writing skills are required to ensure high quality MI content that meet the scientific information needs of customers globally for the TA
  • Previous global MI content Experience is preferred
