Part time Archiving & Indexing Assistant

Initial 1 year contract with possible extension

Pay rate of £16 per hour PAYE

This job will provide support to the CHR&D Quality organization by:

Supporting the lifecycle of GxP-related paper and electronic documents (issuance and distribution, archival, and disposal of technical documents.

Key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the integrity and security of the Site Repository and the records contained in accordance with established policies and procedures

Data entry into validated eArchive records management system

Processing the receipt, indexing, circulation and disposition of records 

Inventory functions and records relocation/migration to support physical storage, off-site storage archival and retention of records

Conducting library research to locate, track and retrieve records to meet the needs of research personnel and audit requirements of both internal audit inspections and external (MHRA and FDA) groups

Performing scanning and visual verification to certify that scanned output are true, accurate, and legible reproductions of hard copy originals 

Maintaining, Organizing, Filing and performing Quality Control checks of R&D records


Candidate Requirements:

Knowledge of word processing software

Strong attention to detail

Versatile, customer focus, and can be entrusted with handling sensitive and confidential information.
