Mission description – Vaccines Value Evidence

HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) Support for the Neisseria and Core Portfolio Assets in Global Vaccines Value Evidence.


The mission of the HEOR support in the Vaccines Value Evidence team is a global role, designed for supporting the team members in specific tasks as well as potentially leading the implementation of targeted projects related to the Neisseria portfolio. Broadly, in line with the role description of CW Clinical_Health Economics Support, the mission for this contingent worker (CW) will include evidence generation, study management and publication-related support.


The CW will support the following short and longer-term activities to be conducted in alignment with global and regional matrix stakeholders:

• Literature reviews (targeted and systematic), health-economic modelling input research, designing and implementing observational/real-world evidence studies,

• Tasks around broader value evidence planning, PRO (patient-reported outcomes), and disease burden strategies

• Potentially, evidence synthesis (such as meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons), endpoint-validation activities and health-economic modelling adaptations


While supporting these activities, the CW will be expected to also engage in (ii) study management, (ii) supporting publication efforts such as organization and development of conference abstracts, posters and journal manuscripts, and (iii) developing country support materials (slide decks, webinars and other materials) and their dissemination.


  • The mission is targeted for senior professionals with more than 5 years of experience gained in HEOR, literature reviews/evidence synthesis and PRO.


  • Confidence in relevant programming tools (R, MATLAB, VBA, Stata and the like) is considered as a plus.
