Position: Manager, IT Change Management
LOA: 7 Months
Location: Brentford
Pay Rate: £569.30 Per Day, Via Umbrella, Inside IR35
Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for IT Change Management in the Consumer Healthcare Tech organization, within our CTO – ERP Management organization.
The Manager- IT Change Management will help manage a team of partner resources in delivering changes to our ERP landscape as per the GSK – Consumer Healthcare Change Management Process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven track record in Change Management for complex and integrated SAP ERP based applications and environments, with a demonstrable track record in planning, coordinating and delivering in a safe, effective manner with minimal risk to production environments
- Demonstrative ability to define, establish and manage change management processes and procedures for complex and highly integrated ERP solutions
- Good knowledge of Service Management tools and, more specifically Change Management tools
- Manage internal issues escalated from the team to remove barriers preventing them from performing their assigned activities.
- Initiating Service Improvement Programs for the Change process.
- Identify process / work activity improvements for areas indirectly related to the Change process and coordinate efforts to produce effective and consistent results.
- Manage issues escalated from other functions or groups.
- Act in a consultant / SME capacity for Managed Services functions regarding the Change process.
- Coordinates with Change Advisory Boards and Emergency Change Advisory Boards (CABs and ECABs) containing both internal staff and customers
- Considerable knowledge of change and release management principles, procedures and techniques
- Considerable knowledge of standards and best practices of basic problem resolution and escalation practices
- Ability to apply analysis and creative thinking when solving problems and conflict
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization
- Provides subject matter expertise to understand the impacts of proposed changes.

Minimum Level of Education Required:
- Graduate in related discipline or equivalent experience.
- ITIL Specialist+ Certification
Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required:
- At least 14-16 years of experience in IT Change Mgmt
- Experience in an Integration SAP ERP based Landscape
Area of Specialization:
ITIL, IT Service Management, ITIL V4 Specialist, Strategist or Leader
