Pay Rate: £711.62 Per Day / Umbrella / Inside IR35

LOA: 9 Months

Job Purpose:

Purpose of the Specialist – Integration provides global services to CH application users that need to exchange information, both internally and externally, connected through a range of standard interfaces, software and messaging protocols.

The Senior Integration Specialist for SAP directs all aspects of lifecycle Service delivery for various on-premises and SaaS Integration applications. The Senior Integration Specialist shall lead a team of integration specialists to oversee operational support processes and direct on analysis of functional requirements, preparation of solution designs and delivery of new development through to technical implementation. The Senior Integration Specialist develops and enforces technical standards for Integration designs, configurations, and implementations, ensuring compliance with CH Procedures and Policies as well as audit and validation requirements. The role is responsible for delivering high quality support services to business customers and maintaining currency, resiliency, and performance of Integration applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Integration specialists, providing oversight and guidance to:

·      Define strategy to migrate SAP PI-PO to SAP CPI and strategy to migrate SAP interfaces currently using IBM B2B to SAP CPI.

·      Deliver SAP API services for high and frequent use SAP Interfaces.

·      Delivery of world-class support services to the CH Business customers across the ITIL lifecycle processes

·      Monitor and report metrics on Service Delivery for Integration

·      Maintaining software currency, availability, and performance of SAP Integration applications

·      Act as escalation point for critical service-related incidents for SAP PI/PI and SAP CPI.

·      Understand and assess business customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

·      Provide Consultancy on design, build, test, and deployment phases of Integration development of strategic systems/Interfaces

·      Provide Consultancy to developers in Integration related developments based on business customer requirements.

·      Ensure that all related Support and Development activities comply with CH standards for development and CH Procedures and Policies including audit and validation requirements.

Minimum Level of Education Required:

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·      ITIL Foundation qualification

Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required:

·      Extensive Integration experience with experience of SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI.

·      Experience of Cloud, particularly Azure, hosting platforms

·      Managed a Service Delivery team following ITIL principles

·      Experience in the full project lifecycle of interface implementations, including delivery of new internal and external business Interfaces

·      General understanding of a wide variety of technical skills

·      Prioritisation Skills

·      Understanding of Project Management disciplines

·      Strong communication skills with peers and at varying levels of Management and Business Stakeholders Understanding of Agile methodologies

·      Strong Team Leadership Skills

·      Relationship Building skills with Tech and Business Units
