PSC Tech Batch Release Hub Business Analyst


We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Batch Release Hub Program. The Batch Release Hub (BRH) is a software solution to support the overall batch review and release process undertaken by users (Qualified Persons) at manufacturing sites and local operating companies in the GSK Supply Chain.

This system presents the required data through a single portal to ensure completeness of the data and improve efficiency of the process execution. The data is from multiple different sources (SAP, Veeva, Artwork Management, EBRS Systems) across GSK Regulatory, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. This is a key innovation initative for GSK as part our our Digital Data journey. The BA role needs to have understanding of pharma regulations for Manufacturing, Batch Review / Release and Supply Chain, including their digital platforms. Inlcuding;


Business process to system mapping and user requirements capture

Application and technology design & implementation e.g. error handing logic. 

UX Design & application of Design Thinking methods 

Information/data flow design & implementation

Application integration selection/design & implementation

Value evaluation e.g. assessing value to the business / organisation of software / tools  

 

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • BA/BSc degree in Engineering/Software/IT or relevant technical topic
  • 5 years of BA experience in software development
  • Significant experience within Pharmaceutical / Consumer (FMCG) Manufacturing Business Units; using, maintaining managing or Quality Assurance of manufacturing execution systems
  • Ability to mine, analyze and interpret data

•    Experience with visualization tools 

  • You’ve been part of teams that have developed successful software products from concept to adoption
  • Experience of working within a matrixed organisation with multiple stakeholders to manage
  • Strong understanding of agile product management techniques including customer development, discovery & primary research, lean start-up method and industrialisation/scaling-up
  • Strong technical knowledge to understand your team’s software products or solutions
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of Project Management / Business Analysis presenting data or developing visuals to drive understanding and improvements
  • Good relationship building, team working and influencing skills
  • Highly competent in managing day-to-day technical and design direction
  • Self-motivated, pragmatic, resourceful and acts without waiting to be told what to do
