Privacy Analyst - GDPR Individual Rights Requests Team

Remote working, UK

Pay rate up to £225 per day via Umbrella inside IR35

Contract until end of June 2022

Job Description:


Working in the Privacy department within Global Ethics and Compliance, the Privacy Analyst will work in a flexible team supporting Privacy operating processes such as:

·      Individual Rights Management (IRM) requests

·      IRM System Integration

·      Dashboard, Metrics and KPI preparation

·      Management Monitoring execution

·      OneTrust automation


Typical duties include:


·      Triage IRM requests and fulfil them according to the established process

·      Tracking completion of responses

·      Maintaining records and producing dashboards and reports

·      Communicating with wide range of business users, legal and SME (Subject Matter Expert)

·      Helping to build the service by optimising processes and standard responses


Key skills required are:


·      Excellent knowledge of office products

·      Ability to work with complex, incomplete data

·      Ability to work across multiple disciplines and countries

·      Great presentation and communication skills


Desired key skills are:


·      Basic understanding of IRM requirements from a privacy law, e.g. GDPR or CCPA

·      Experience with executing an IRM process

·      Knowledge of OneTrust
