Location: GSK House (Initially full time working from home due to COVID-19 limitations)

Rate: £699.63 Per Day ( Inside IR35, Via Umbrella )

Start: Jan 2 2022

LOA: 8 Months


Responsibilities include:


·        Partnering with key individuals/groups within CH QSC to support defined change and communication initiatives by:

·      Supporting the maintenance of a detailed change impact assessment

·      Driving the completion and delivery of the change action plans to make the transition as smooth as possible

·      Providing additional guidance and support on change approaches, plans and use of CH global change toolkit where required

·      Supporting the monitoring and tracking change readiness, embedding metrics and proposing necessary actions

·      Providing input into to a cross-disciplinary change/ communications squad, which meets regularly to actively manage functional priorities

·      Ensuring that our change and communication work remains focused on:

o  Enabling colleagues to feel and perform at their best, whilst feeling valued and supported

o  Enabling the successful delivery of our change/ communications programmes to help establish a smooth transition: new organisation structures, processes, systems, ways of workings and behaviours

o  Avoiding (or significantly minimising) business performance dips as colleagues get used to new ways of working

·      Maintaining and updating the QSC separation communication plan, closely aligned with the change action plan

·      Helping to plan and deliver the agreed communication actions required across the QSC network in support of Separation including those reaching global, regional and manufacturing site audiences; this will be done through a variety of communication mechanisms (including the production of communication content such as: emails, Workplace posts, videos, hosting sessions with communication champion network etc)

·      Working closely with stakeholders in the QSC business, the central Separation teams and other functions as well as other change and communication colleagues


Education:


·        Bachelor’s degree in a related field of business is required

·        Certification in Change Management preferred but not required (Prosci Certification, AIM, NTL, etc).


Experience:


·        Ideally 5-7 years’ + experience leading or playing a key role in a complex change management initiatives or large-scale implementations, with a combined focus on communication

·        Experience collaborating and interacting with leaders at multiple levels in varying businesses and geographies

·        Sufficient level of seniority to have the authority to make decisions and provide guidance where required

·        Demonstrable experience in utilising a variety of change management and communication methodologies and mechanisms 

·        Experience of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

·        Experience of working in an agile project, or embedding an agile mindset, beneficial but not essential

·        Exposure to, or experience of, an ‘employee experience’ based approach to managing and embedding change

·        Experience of data driven change and communication initiatives

·        Strong informal networks of peers (or the capability to establish these) with ability to communicate and influence

·        Knowledge of GSK Consumer Health organisation, culture and ways of working (or other FMCG organisations), a benefit but not essential

·        Knowledge of Consumer Health, and specifically Supply Chain, of benefit but not essential
