HR Data Management Administrator

GSK House, Brentford (hybrid remote working)

5-6 Month Contract Initially

Pay: up to £18.50 per hour (PAYE ONLY)

In this role you will…

  • Support the end-to-end life cycle of a GSK employee through Workday transactional processing
  • Manage HR requests in ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Provide on-request reporting to business partners and other stakeholders
  • Generate ideas on how to provide the service in the most efficient way
  • Prepare and generate employee and hiring related documentation e.g. contract extensions, salary increase etc.
  • Collaborate with external and internal teams
  • The position requires readiness to work 3 days a week from the office after the pandemic

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in HR or a shared services center
  • Continuous improvement mindset in work environment
  • Experience working in Workday or other HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
  • Excellent time management, planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
