Implementation Lead (Business Development, MA&D)
3 – 6 months with the view to extend
Remote based
Negotiable daily rate
- Responsible for delivering the separation working with the Business Development Deal Team to deliver the project
- Set direction for the workstream leads and ensure delivery and focus on the approved business case
- Ensure workstream plans and milestones are on track. If not work with them to get back on track. Be the first point of escalation and escalate further if required
- Accountable for running weekly team meetings and ad hoc workshops leading to cutovers. Coordinating the output and actions
- Accountable for managing and maintaining the RAID Logs
- Co run the joint project review meeting with the buyer implementation lead. Agree with PM what will be shared with buyer and what stays with us
- Ensure PM Reports and chase up on actions arising from this meeting
- Agree content with key implementation stakeholders and run the internal meetings and jointly external meetings
- Accountable for project governance, planning/preparing, running and reporting internal and combined Steering meetings and chasing up on issues and actions from the meetings
- Close out the project and ensure all outstanding actions and issues are handed over to appropriate business functions
- Accountable for tiered reporting in line with key stakeholders on ad hoc basis as required
- Work with peer roles and Project Managers to review and update guidelines as a result of learnings from the project
- Manage the project budget
- Weekly catch up with workstream leads to review progress and issues
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience working within Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing
- Experience with MA&D would be highly advantageous
