Project Manager - Product Transfer
Remote / Brentford
Up to £450 per day via umbrella
3 months with view to extend
Key Responsibilities:
–Responsible for delivering the Transfers in line with the business case working with the Franchise Strategy Team to deliver the project
–Lead the joint planning sessions with the project team, donor site and receiving site teams to agree overall transfer plans
–Set direction for the Transfer teams both Donor & Receiving sites and ensure delivery and focus on the approved business case
–Manage the project budget
–Ensure transfer plans and milestones are on track. If not work with them to get back on track. Be the first point of escalation and escalate further if required
–Chair the PQTS internal meetings ensuring alignment on direction of travel prior to meetings with the relevant CMO’s and ad hoc workshops leading to completed transfers.
– Accountable for managing and maintaining the RAID Logs
–Chase up on actions arising from this meeting
–Agree content and key items for internal and external steering meetings
–Accountable for project governance, planning/preparing, running and reporting internal and combined Steering meetings and chasing up on issues and actions from the meetings
–Close out the project and ensure all outstanding actions and issues are handed over to appropriate business functions
Key Skills:
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Previous relevant experience
- Strong Project Management Skillset
- Experience with MA&D is advantageous
