Service Specialist

Contract until August 2022

Remote based

Up to £460 per day via umbrella

 

As a result of a global divestment project, a Service specialist is required to work on a Transformation with a focus on FileShare. The candidate will create service documentation as services are being transformed and Consumer moves to a stand alone organisation.

 

The successful candidate will focus on end-to-end product experience, process & integration with ServiceNow and integration with Service providers to deliver the product to end-users whilst creating user & helpdesk documentation.

 

Key Skills:

·      Tech experience looking at new tech coming in and putting together a smooth end to end process

·      Fundamental IT background , shows the ability to quickly identify solutions for archiving & decommissioning MFG/PRO data;

·      Understanding of the business processes allow for the creation of alternative solutions.

·      ITIL processes ensure we improve upon the ways of working by ensuring standards and opportunities for improvement.
