Ariba Functional Consultant (Procurement)

Remote working (Work from home)

9 month contract | 37.5hrs per week

£641.23 per day via Umbrella

Job Description Scope of the role:

  • Leading workstream in Future Ready Program within Buying Goods & Services team
  • Drive project plan execution for separation activities within workstream
  • Working with procurement tools & systems
  • Working on process modelling & taxonomy creation
  • Delivering actionable reports & analysis
  • Preparing Power Point analysis
  • Working with internal stakeholders, ensuring satisfactory service feedback
  • Working with cross-functional teams
  • Handling incoming issues, monitor status and drives their resolution. Investigating root causes and proposing solutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ implementation experience with Procurement or Supply Chain
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with business and functional requirements analysis
  • Minimum of 2 complete implementation cycles of Ariba another Source to Pay platform


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical resources across all levels of a client’s organization
  • Ability to work with large geographically distributed teams with diverse competencies, skills, and abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ariba Certification
  • Operational work experience within Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain team
  • Experience implementing systems using any of the Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with the business process outsourcing model
