Learning Manager (within Clinical Trials Supply chain)

12 Month Initial Contract

£450-£500 per day

Remote working with occasional visits to site in Stevenage/Ware/Harlow

Role Responsibilities:


  • Conduct Learning Needs Assessment
  • Design, lead, and deliver effective learning programs for Signant Health PMD product
  • Utilise available SME resources to organize, develop, and deliver learning interventions that align with Fusion project strategic priorities
  • Develop Train the Trainer programme
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of developed L&D programs
  • Provide regular reports to management on learning impact in Clinical Supply Chain
  • Responsible for managing the knowledge and ability building to ensure all impacted employees are competent
  • Design and administer skills gap assessments with employees to create individualised training plans needed to strengthen their existing skills and develop new ones


Candidate Requirements:


  • Experience within clinical trial supply chain
  • Experienced Learning/L&D Manager
  • Experience with Signant Health (Not essential)
  • Experience of implementing PMD/ERP/SAP systems (Not essential)
  • CIPD/CPT Qualification (Not essential)
