Global Corporate Card Manager

GSK House, Brentford/Initially Remote Working

6 Month Contract

Pay: up to £600 per day (via umbrella ONLY)

The Role:


  • Global Corporate Card Manager – corporate card alignment and value creation
  • Enhance reporting from card suppliers to ensure information is shared with leaders
  • Review card reports to forecast rebate, check questionable spendetc
  • Debt collection strategy and follow up with operational teams
  • Work with Tech and Finance teams to make changes to programmes where needed
  • Payment Strategy Creation for card payments in line with technical enhancements e.g. Ariba/Marketplaces, etc
  • Payment solution business case creation for new initiatives
  • Implementation of card payment solutions (Pay on Invoice, Meeting card and Pcard and other payment solutions)
  • Align with Finance P2P on payments, e.g. Remittances and Direct debits to suppliers
  • Intranet updates for payments and card 
  • Workplace information share
  • Country conference calls to do training on card utilisation and new card programme shares
  • Set up of new card programs for new company spin off
  • Provide P2P with business support as required 
  • PLUS ad hoc tasks when it is requested to enhance and maintain programmes



Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in payment card alignment and value creation
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Project management skills - proven experience managing large scale projects
