Business Analyst - Focusing on Business Processes on a business separation project

Working from home role, UK

Contract until end of 2021

Pay £500-£560 per day


To provide support to the Business Process Manager and Project Lead in documenting and formalising “to be” processes, including development of the new CH Serialisation governance and demand processes.

To support communications and stakeholder engagement within supply chain for the serialisation separation project.


Key Responsibilities:

·      To identify and understand the end to end business processes required to operate the CH serialisation programme (including Demand & Change Management, Risk Management, Finance, Quality processes), and to develop the and implement these in the new CH organisation, in collaboration with the Project Team members.

·      Establish and document processes for the new CH Serialisation team, including creation of SOPs, training materials and business tools to support the processes (Sharepoint, documentation/presentation templates).

·      To document the business scope for CH Serialisation and to engage with markets, sites and other stakeholders to capture any business changes that may impact the project scope, or future CH serialisation requirements and feed into the project plan.

·      Development of a stakeholder engagement and change management plan for the CH Serialisation separation and leading the execution with support from other team members.


Candidate Background:


Change and Stakeholder Management: They must have a solid track record of setting and managing customer expectations with strong teamwork ethic and interpersonal skills. Change management plan development to successfully manage the transition to the future state.


Customer Service Focus: They must have a strong service oriented mindset ensuring that the focus of everything they do is to support the needs of the customer and their business processes. Ability to think and operate strategically, but focussed on day to day delivery with an eye to detail & view to the enterprise, as well as the needs of the project.

 

Teamwork: They must be capable of working effectively in complex cross functional teams. To be able to operate independently & have good judgement when to seek guidance & support from the team and managers.


Communication: They will be capable of creating simple, compelling messages that summarise their desired direction and clarify the benefits to GSK of following this direction, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Facilitation: They will be capable of facilitating working sessions at workshops with attendees from multiple functions.

 

Supply Chain: Experience of Supply Chain processes, including supply planning, master data management, artwork management. Understanding of the requirements for demand management and change control within a supply chain business functional context.
