About the role:


  • Development of a stakeholder engagement and change management plan for the CH Serialisation separation and leading the execution with support from other team members.
  •  To document the business scope for CH Serialisation and to engage with LOCs, sites and other stakeholders to capture any business changes that may impact the project scope, or future CH serialization requirements and feed into the project plan.
  •   To identify and understand the end to end business processes required to operate the CH serialization programme (including Demand & Change Management, Risk Management, Finance, Quality processes), and to develop the and implement these in the new CH organization, in collaboration with the Project Team members .
  •  Document processes for the new CH Serialisation team.
  • Setup business tools for the new CH Serialisation team, such as Sharepoint, Intranet. Design and implement the Early Life Support process to support the business following the serialization system cutover.


Candidate requirements:


  • Experienced BA with AS IS/TO BE and end to end analysis experience
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/medical devices industry is preferred due to the regulations involved in the role
