Test Analyst: UAT


Role is initially working from home


Description:


This person in this role will be expected to build familiarisation with the Smart Supplies product set through interaction with other project participants, online training, familiarisation of business requirements and business process. They will be expected to participate in product vendor workshops and user training. Their attributes and responsibilities will include:

  • An experienced test resource (this must not be their first or second project assignment)
  • Understands overall s/w testing concepts and philosophy (e.g. knows the meanings and impact on testing of agile and waterfall, V-model and traceability, )

  • Competent at test execution and documenting test results, test outcomes and test reports.
  • Competent at scripting tests (all levels, but especially UAT)
  • Able to partner effectively with business SMEs - identifying tests needed, UAT objectives and collaborating on script development
  • Capable of coaching SMEs in how to draft test scripts
  • Able to cover UK business hours.
  • Familiar with GSK test tools (HPALM / transcribing from Excel)
  • Over time may be able to step up to train additional colleague(s) to join the team.
