Business Administrator

Remote / Barnard Castle

Up to £175 per day via umbrella


CARISMA3 is a global audit, risk, and quality application that requires a constant level of support and administrative activity.  To support the implementation of a replacement project for CARISMA3, the leadership team are looking for an experienced business administrator who is a rapid learner, quick to establish credibility, and has a high level of appreciation for good, strong customer service.

 

The individual must be able to work independently, without close supervision, and perform repetitive standard tasks successfully. They need to have good clear communication skills and be able to liaise with individuals across a global network. They need to have flexibility and adaptability to support customer needs to maintain the respected reputation the existing team have established.

 

Responsibilities

  • Complete standard CARISMA3 application tasks that include but are not limited to:
  • Evaluating Auditee’s requiring approval and approve if within SOP guidelines; or liaise with requester, if not.
  • Check for Multi-Auditee inspections and if incorrectly created, liaise with originator to remove and replace with correct record.
  • Process requests for data updates. 
  • Process access requests for CARISMA3.
  • General support to users with queries either progressing to closure or diverting for other team members for assistance to be able to move to closure.
