Job Description

GSK Consumer Healthcare (CH) is hiring a Business Analyst to be part of the Digital Data & Analytics team. The role will require you to work with colleagues in Technology and business stakeholders to deliver Master data Transformation. All work will be completed in the context of the broader transition effort, requiring interaction with a broad range of stakeholders, both technical and business.


Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project governance.

• Create and manage detailed project plan.

• Be accountable for business engagement, working with the business functions to ensure they understand their accountabilities in respect of the chosen solution.

• Understand current working practices of business functions and clearly articulate the impact of chosen solution to these practices, advising on and documenting required changes.

• Engage with vendor and technology partner to ensure that functional requirements are met.

• Be responsible for requirements capture and planning for data migration.

• Manage external dependencies (e.g. other transition initiatives)

• Help to define and subsequently support business change activities.


Required Experience:

  • Master Data Management / Data Transformation
  • CPG company experience
  • Customer Data Domain experience
  • Self-starter with strong Business analysis experience and relevant data analysis experience.
