Service Lead

Maidenhead

12 month contract



GSK are currently going through a period of digital transformation, relating to digital change and are seeking hands on digital solutions within Manufacturing.


Key responsibilities include, but not limited to

- Manage Tech operational issues across site and act as point of contact for Tech services

- Own & manage site elements of Risk, Quality and Compliance management for Tech services

- Partner with Core Tech and CH Product Towers to leverage shared service and products

- Assure Tech Continuity through the regular maintenance and testing of Tech Continuity Plans

- Control Lifecycle Management for services owned by Site Tech

- Proactively manage communications relating to Tech service

- Champion Tech capabilities through innovation and digital projects using agile to maximise value for the site

- Understand business requirements and have necessary data/technical skills to exploit the technology of the future

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with at least 3 years of service experience

- Hands on experience on a manufacturing site

- Strong knowledge of digital, business intelligence or Microsoft Power Platforms

- Experience of AI, robotics & wearables would be advantageous

- Good understanding of Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands on experience with digital, data and analytics
