Digital Privacy Manager: OneTrust, Data Disposition, Privacy 



Creative Privacy Expert Wanted. We are looking for a Privacy Consultant to support the separation of GSK Consumer Health from GSK.

We are looking for privacy experience but most importantly we have looking for someone with the rights skills to be a great partner to our data disposition team as they disentangle systems and data.


Your responsibilities: 

  • Be a Privacy Lead for Consumer Health separation and ensure system separation is delivered on time and in a compliant way
  • Deliver a CH specific version of OneTrust, process to maintain and clear nomenclature


Skills:

  • Problem solving- Work with the team to find compliant solutions to a complex disentanglement of systems and data
  • Prioritisation- Make sure the problems with the longest lead time are fixed first
  • Make the complex easy to digest- Privacy can be a complex field and most people aren’t experts. We need a fabulous communicator who can take something complex and tell the business what they need to know and do
  • Great at building relationships- With most of our teams currently working for home, you’ll need to quickly build trust
  • Experienced working in a matrix- The role will be based in UK, you’ll work across different geographies, cultures and teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and support the business to make good risk based decisions
  • Project management- Set out your privacy plan and execute
  • Passionate about healthcare 
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders


Preferred qualifications

  • You will have prior experience of working in a similar Privacy role in a multi-national company
  • CIPP qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Reasonably detailed knowledge of GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA and other major privacy laws/regulations
  • Practical experience of using OneTrust
