Content Creator - Admin, Project Support, Comms
GSK House/Remote
3 months Initial
Pay: up to £200 per day (PAYE)


Description:

  • Assist in creating content for internal GSK users
  • Coordinate the facilitations of the Programme governance (and regular) engagement
  • Support all activities in communications, Awareness and Training
  • Provide PMO support where necessary across the programme
  • Support the production of governance artefacts required in order to successfully navigate the programme lifecycle
  • Support change management activities across all Controls and where applicable the business areas;
  • Support the development and deployment of programme awareness and training activities and material


Skills required

  • Experience in creating social media content posts
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven business communication skills - working on a communications project would be ideal
  • Articulate - will be liaising with people who won't have English as a first language
  • Confident
  • Able to hit the ground running and demonstrate a persistent drive to completion
  • experience in facilitating/assisting in training programs would be ideal


Working knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Meeting facilitation
  • Communications protocols
  • Sound organisational skills with experience in maintaining work stream governance artefacts and reporting
