Cutover Project Manager - ERP Systems (SAP)

Brentford (travel to China twice)

Until May 2021

Up to £590 per day (via umbrella only)

Job Purpose:

To develop the end to end market transition and cutover plans to the new processes, capabilities and required ways of working including transition requirements, cutover plans, monitoring, reporting and readiness checkpoints.


Role Description:

Deployment of SAP ERP template to China commercial market, working across functionally to manage the delivery of cutovers:

• On time delivery of all functional milestones for cutover

• Appropriate risk management

• Stakeholder management and communication across internal and external stakeholders

• Resource allocation alignment

• Develop relationships across the GSK organisation and with relevant external stakeholders

• Bring functional expertise on market/customer requirements for logistics and distribution process design

• Manage process design and issue resolution associated with the Separation

• Ensure a clear and accountable handover to operations once steady state is achieved

• Creates project plans and monitors plans throughout the duration of assigned projects for application development and IT transformation projects.

• Ensures quality and timeliness of project results.

• Resolves escalated issues and refers problems to the next level.

• Prepares standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for assigned projects. Organizes and directs project teams.

• Assures the attainment of high-quality results as scheduled and within budget.

• Efficiently interacts with peers and next level of management

Skills & Competencies:

MUST:

• SAP Knowlegde

• Previous Cut-over project experience

• PMP/Prince2 qualifications

• Rx

• Supply Chain

• Pharmaceutical experience


NICE:

• Experience with China market

• Previpus GSK background

• Agile and understanding of compliance requirements.
