Project Manager

Uxbridge with regular travel to Brentford

Contract until mid December

Up to £555 per day (Umbrella Only)


Job Purpose:

The Position Holder will be a Project Manager, also providing training in a global Transformation program related to the implementation of a cloud-based technology platform in Regulatory Affairs (Vaccines / Pharma) for managing Regulatory submissions.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Management related tasks (analysis, planning, monitoring & controlling) ensuring that Written Standards and Training deliverables and objectives are met within a designated timeframe.
  • Interaction with senior stakeholders on business readiness deliverables e.g. the identification of impacted written standards for each release.
  • Compilation & authoring of various written standard related documentation (e.g. change requests) for specific releases
  • Development and maintenance of a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Communication to broad range of stakeholders (including senior management) on progress to plan and identified risk/issues/actions
  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
  • Liaison between Written Standards / Training and Service Operations workstream (responsible for support to the cloud based technology and access management) ensuring that training is fit for purpose and aligned with the access/security model. This also includes the provision of training completion documentation to the Service Operations workstream
  • Ensure documentation of project governance.


Experience and Knowledgerequired:

  • University level, with appropriate project management experience (>= 5j) (Life science background beneficial)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interact with Process Owners and SMEs
  • Experience in large international environments
  • Experience with cultural differences
  • Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus
  • Regulatory Affairs understanding is a plus
  • Experience with documentation & training for IT system rollouts is a plus
