PURPOSE

The Position Holder will be a Change Management and Communication Manager in a global Transformation program related to the implementation of a cloud-based technology platform in Regulatory Affairs (Vaccines / Pharma) for managing Regulatory submissions.

The Position Holder will develop and deliver the business communication plan and lead change management activities.


PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify the impacted audience for the change. Perform stakeholder analysis and mapping (who are the change agents , who is resistant,…). Shape, lead and execute change management program(s) /activities (such as engagement sessions, creative and innovative communication).
  • Support communication efforts
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Create solutions to increase desire and appetite for the change from leadership to the floor, ensure sustainability after implementation
  • Adequate risk /issue management related to the change program and propose relevant mitigation actions


EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • University level, with appropriate communication and change management qualification and experience (5 years +) (Life science background beneficial)


Experience

  • 5 years + experience in change management
  • 5 years + experience in project management or communication role
  • Experience in large international environments
  • Experience with cultural differences
  • Regulatory Affairs understanding is a plus


Skills

Hard Skills:

  • Certification of Change management is a plus
  • Having experience and proven track record of doing successful change management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
