Job Purpose:
The Position Holder will be a Technical Writer (writing mainly SOPs and Working Instructions) in a global Transformation program related to the implementation of a cloud-based technology platform in Regulatory Affairs (Vaccines / Pharma) for managing Regulatory submissions.
The Position Holder will deliver SOPs and Working Instructions based on process flows provided by Subject Matter Experts.
PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Transfer process flow into a process document by collaborating with process Subject Master Experts
• Analyze writing across different process documents to ensure continuity with regards to style of content and granularity
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS
University level, with appropriate communication and technical writing experience (>= 5j) (Life science background beneficial)
• Ability to transfer process flow into a process document
• Ability to write clearly & consistently in English (using same principles across documents) by using following principles (not an exhaustive list):
• Write process using active voice
• Clarify who is responsible for each process step
• Describe requirements and how-to steps using plain English (avoid jargon, idioms, colloquial language,…)
• Define all acronyms/abbreviations on first use and from then onwards only use the acronym/abbreviation
• Avoid naming individuals or job titles, use job roles instead
• Ability to analyze documents written by Process Owners to maintain continuity of style of content
• Verbal and written communication skills – ability to interact with Process Owners and SMEs
• Regulatory Affairs understanding is a plus
• Experience with technical writing in support of IT system rollouts is a plus
