Senior Change Manager: SAP ERP Deployment

Job Purpose

  • The role of the Wave Change Consultant is to support the local change activity required to successfully deliver and deploy EVO within markets. The Wave Change Consultant supports the MIL and MCL to ensure business leaders are regularly engaged and the change network and end users are ready, willing and able to adopt and comply with the new system, processes and organisational structures.
  • The role requires close interaction with Delivery team, Process Owners, the Security and Access team, the Training and Comms teams and the Market teams.
  • This role is required to be based in GSK House with some travel to non-European deployment markets (every 8-10 weeks).

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that the centrally defined BRC approach and tools are applied appropriately for the market(s)
  • Responsible for detailed planning and delivery of change activities; reporting progress against plan and managing risks and issues, and integrating with other in-market and above market transformation programmes
  • Responsible for ensuring the market change resources have the appropriate skills and support to manage and embed the change effectively
  • Support the co-ordination of cross-wave BRC activities (if required)
  • Feedback lessons learned to the core BRC team to ensure continuous improvement of the BCE approach

Support the Market Change Lead in:

  • developing and managing the local change network creating and executing a change impact assessment and change action plan to ensure change in the market is successfully mitigated
  • executing business readiness assessments to measure whether end users are ready for the change and deliver action plans if necessary
  • working with the Market HR Lead to ensure that all EVO HR deliverables and HR interdepencencies are understood and managed
  • coordinating role mapping
  • managing stakeholder engagement and end user communications to ensure understanding and buy in
  • preparing for process adoption post Go Live

Support the Market Training Lead in:

  • scoping and overseeing the production of localisation and / or translation of training materials
  • producing a TNA and Training Schedule
  • facilitating the delivery of Train the Trainer to ensure SU sufficient training skills
  • ensure 80% of training is delivered prior to Go Live and the remainder post Go Live to upskill end users and ensure access to the system
  • aligning the EVO training requirements with all other training initiatives

Job-Related Experience

  • Describe what experience this position will require the job holder to have obtained in past roles within or outside of GSK that would demonstrate a level of proficiency in the stated role.
  • Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required Strong experience of delivering transformational change, preferably on ERP programmes ( SAP)
  • Demonstrable experience across change, training, communications and HR
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish credibility for professional input
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in local language and in English
  • Effective in an environment with tight deadlines, finite resource and uncertainty
  • Facilitation skills — both large and small group
  • Ability to support local market’s capability development around organisational change and leadership
  • Strong learning agility
