Senior Change Manager

A senior change professional to support a wide ranging transformation programme – changes are across people, process, systems and operating model.

A key focus for the change manager will managing resistance and driving adoption across a range of processes and systems. Must have experience of managing change on global transformation programmes. Beneficial experience:

• Order to Cash or Customer Services processes

• Agile methodology

• Using data to drive change initiatives
