Insight Manager: CRM Data, Governance, Salesforce, Implementation

Job Description

  • Working within the Business Insight & Sales Force Effectiveness team in UK Pharmaceuticals & Vaccines
  • Leadership & operational management of UK Pharma Sales Force Incentive (SFI) & Special Incentives (SIP) processes, driving implementation through 3rd party supplier
  • Management and process improvement of data flows, data validation, scheme design, governance, management monitoring, target setting, bonus payout calculation & queries
  • Interface & influence across data/analytics, HR, sales leadership, capability & compliance
  • Leadership of new “data accuracy” drive with field management to support territory management/roster and sales force bonus. Including development and rollout of monthly/quarterly cadence for data input/validation and development/launch of new tools to support process
  • Project management/process flow mapping & enhancement as required
  • Further support within the Sales Force Effectiveness/Operations space as required

Key skills

  • Experience of sales force effectiveness / operations
  • Experience of Sales Force Incentive management, ideally in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience of CRM data
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience of 3rd party / outsourced service management
  • Sound influencing skills and an ability to work in a high pace, high uncertainty environment
  • Project management (ideally MS Project)
  • Process mapping
